Dr. Siranush K. Cholakian, MD is board certified in Family Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine. She is a licensed Acupuncturist, Homeopath, Curandera, Hypnotherapist and Healer with over 24 years of medical experience. Dr. Siranush K. Cholakian is a member of the AAFM, AHMA, ACAM, ASCH and ISSSEEM.
Dr. Siranush K. Cholakian graduated from the First English Gymnasium and Medical School in her hometown Varna, Bulgaria in 1987. In 1988, she immigrated to the U.S. In 1994, she finished her residency in Family Medicine at St. Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY. In 1995, she started her solo practice which later evolved into the Blueprint Healing Arts – Center for Integrative Medicine & Dentistry. She has served as a clinical professor of Medicine for the Internal Medicine Residency Program at North Shore University Hospital at Forest Hills. She held admitting privileges in NYHQ, North Shore LIJ, Parkway Hospital and Jamaica Hospital Medical Center.
